Yummy Müsli-Quark-Cookies in two different ways. My daughter just loves chocolate, also the very dark one. While my son hates it – can you believe it. So he gets the dried cranberries. (RSF)

150g Quark (or Brown`s greek yogurt)
100g homemade granola Müsli
50g popped Amaranth
100ml water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 big banana
cinnamon, chocolate nibs, cranberries or any other taste

– Mix everything together
– half the dough and add to one half dark chocolate nibs and to the other half
dried cranberries
– form little teaspoon size cookies on a baking tray (lined with parchment paper)
– bake for about 20 min at 170/180 degrees Celsius.
