Our fitness weekends will give you the experience of a lifetime, with fitness & nutrition as key components

We put together fabulous fitness and nutrition weekends to far flung but beautiful destinations in East Africa. The weekends are designed to allow you a complete escape from day to day life, with a focus on regaining a level of fitness and health that you may be struggling to achieve yourself. Working in partnership with Nutritionist Heather Cuthbert of Nuts About Nutrition, we put together a combination of exercise sessions and delicious meals, along with some much needed time out, to give you a fully restorative experience.


Escaping to the remote, sweeping landscape of Sasaab makes for the perfect weekend. Add in Karina as your fitness trainer and Heather as your nutritionist and it doesn’t get any better! Combining workouts in the pool, around the lodge, in the lugga and in the area around with game drives, and delicious meals, this is an ideal weekend escape.


We’ll be heading to Allamanda House in Malindi on the Kenyan Coast for a three day break packed full of fun fitness sessions on the beach, in the pool, in the garden and in the sea, together with delicious and nutritious meals from Heather Cuthbert. The focus is on enjoying yourself in the company of others who want to get fit and return to health. Heather will also be giving us various demonstrations on how to make her incredibly healthy meals and snacks! The weekend includes accommodation (all rooms with A/C), 3 delicious, healthy meals per day and non alcoholic drinks, a daily exercise programme of approximately 3 – 4 hours per day (power walking / running on the beach / aqua workouts / pilates / sand dune workouts and a lot more), 2 massages per person and transport around Malindi.
