CARDIO ABS

The Cardio Abs class is the best way to start your week! Hit it with Daniel and get your heart rate up and your stomach flat. Mondays at 9:30am.

HATHA YOGA

Focussing on alignment and peace within the body, our Hatha Yoga is a great way to reconnect mid-way through the week. Wednesdays at 9am.

BOOTCAMP

Work every muscle, go to your physical limits! With Daniel at the helm, you’ll enjoy a high energy cardio workout especially designed with ladies in mind. Wednesdays at 9:30am.

BARRE & BARRE WITH BOOST

Barre is one of the most effective exercise classes to change your body. Using a ballet handrail for support, Barre is a complete workout which will give your body strength, tone and definition. During the Friday session, we will speed it up a bit. Tuesdays at 8:30am & Fridays at 9am.

PILATES MAT

Our pilates mat classes are designed to focus in on the very core of your being, whilst performing exercises that will strengthen your body. Karina will have you gritting your teeth and still ask you to smile. Thursdays at 9am; Saturdays at 8:30am.

FIT OVER 50

Fit over 50 does what it says on the tin: we focus on clients who are aged 50 or more, and want to stay fit. Mondays at 1pm.
