BARRE

Barre is one of the most effective exercise classes to change your body. Using a ballet handrail for support, Barre is a complete workout which will give your body strength, tone and definition.

PILATES MAT

Our pilates mat classes are designed to focus in on the very core of your being, whilst performing exercises that will strengthen your body. Karina will have you gritting your teeth and still ask you to smile.

FIT OVER 50

Fit over 50 does what it says on the tin: we focus on clients who are aged 50 or more, and want to stay fit.
