Superfood Hot Cocoa

Ingredients for 1 cup:

  • 1 tbsp of raw cacao
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp lucuma powder
  • ½ tsp maca powder
  • ½ tsp chai spice (optional)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • plant based milk

 

Directions:

  • put all ingredients in a blender and add a cup of hot water.
  • add some plant based milk of your choice.
  • blend it & enjoy!

During the hot month you could also leave it to cool & add some ice to it.
