I had the pleasure of taking part in a fantastic Fit & Wellbeing Pilates Retreat with Karina from November 15th –17th 2024 at the Unternberg Hof Hotel in Ruhpolding — and it exceeded all my expectations! The entire experience was simply amazing.

Karina is an outstanding trainer — her professionalism and expertise truly impressed me. She tailored each fitness session perfectly to the needs and abilities of the participants and made every workout wonderfully varied. From power walking, ice bathing, aqua training, and circuit workouts to Pilates — everything was included.

The Unternberg Hof Hotel provided the perfect setting for the retreat. Its idyllic location in the Bavarian Alps, the comfortable rooms, and the excellent cuisine made my stay unforgettable. I especially enjoyed the wellness area, which was perfect for unwinding after the intensive training sessions.
