Whether it's one-on-one training, small group sessions (2-4 people on Pilates equipment), or group classes on the mat or in the park – I offer the perfect training program tailored to your needs.

1:1 Personal Training is the most personalized and effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals. However, in small groups or larger classes, I ensure that every session is adapted to meet the needs of all participants, making it optimal and impactful for everyone.

My weekly group sessions:

  • Monday: 9.00-10.00am Moderate Outdoor Interval Training - 6:00-7:00pm Reformer & Co (Pilates small group class)

  • Wednesday: 6:00-7:00pm Pilates & Props (mat training)

  • Friday: 9:00-10:00am MenoMove - Happy Hormon Outdoor Training - 10:30-11.30am Reformer & Co (Pilates small group class)

  • Saturday 8:00-9:00am Pilates Mat online (all 2-3 weeks life in the studio with Reformer & Co. class afterwards)

Training on specially designed Pilates equipment allows for a perfect adaptation to individual needs – whether in one-on-one sessions or small groups (2-4 people). Regardless of age or fitness level, anyone can benefit from this joint-friendly and effective method.


Pilates – Holistic Training for Body & Mind

Pilates is a holistic fitness method developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. Originally known as "Contrology," it focuses on conscious control of movement and breathing. The goal is to strengthen the deep muscles of the torso – the "Core." These muscles are essential for posture, stability, and body awareness.

Through the principles of body alignment, centering, control, precision, breathing, and movement flow, Pilates creates an optimally functioning body – inside and out. BASI® Pilates builds on the traditional method, while incorporating the latest scientific findings.

Who is Pilates suitable for?

Simply put: Everyone!
Whether for improving fitness, strength, or flexibility, relieving pain from poor posture or recovering from injuries – Pilates offers the perfect balance. Thanks to its ideal combination of strengthening and flexibility, it is also widely used in rehabilitation.


When I went to Karina, I could barely stand up straight, thanks to a spinal condition. I couldn’t exercise. Within a matter of days, Karina had me feeling better. Within a few months, she had me pain-free, with a strengthening core, and exercising regularly. Without exaggeration, I owe my physical health to Karina.
